Olive cultivation is the cultivation and exploitation of olive trees to produce table olives or olive oil. The origin of this culture goes back to the invention of agriculture;

gatherers were the first cultivators of the fruit of oleaster, wild olive. This plant is native to the Mediterranean. The fruit was consumed as is, then over time it has taken in the oil and sweets to the delight of all.

Olive growing is to take care of trees throughout the year, cut them, treat them, weed them, fertilize them, water them, track them, and collect them. Once harvested, the olives are transported to mills and confectionery where they are crushed and processed into oil, table olives and other derivatives. Then, sold to the delight of consumers.
